With WhatsApp, Vimac takes infoline one step further

Vimac has had an active Infoline telephone service for some time, delivering an increasingly widespread and prompt technical and customer support service to deal with queries and issues regarding the installation and use of its products.

To improve this service further, Vimac recently activated a WhatsAppcommunication channel so that users can initiate chats on technical matters, even sharing photos and videos for faster, improved support.
